The Small Print
We accept all major debit and credit cards or PayPal. (If you are local and want to collect in person we are also more than happy to accept cash just message us to order) All payments must be in pounds sterling.
We aim to send all 'in stock' items within 72 hours, although it is normally quicker. At the moment we only ship to the UK. When sending items we will always gain proof of postage.
We will post as much as we can using recycled packaging materials. Items will always be packaged carefully but not always in their original packets. If this is a problem message us first to let us know and we will do our best to help. If you change your mind that's not a problem at all up until the item is posted. Please refer to the 'Returns' section for further information. If you are local to Ludlow and would rather pop to us to collect your item you would be more than welcome to.
We offer free shipping on orders over £50.00 this will be 2nd class post.
We normally use Royal Mail standard post but also use other delivery services, such as DPD for example when sending bigger parcels.
We know that sometimes you might just change your mind and that's not a problem at all as long as your item has not yet been sent, just send us an email and let us know asap and we can cancel your order.
All returns must be returned unopened in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Please note that due to the nature of the products this means items must not be worn or washed. If the item has been worn or washed we can not accept the returns. Returns must be received within 21 days from receipt of items. The customer is responsible for all the cost of any returns. When returning goods we advise you obtain a free certificate of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure that all returns are clearly labelled.
We hope it never happens but if you are returning an item because it is faulty please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org first stating your order number and the fault we will process these on an individual basis depending on the nature of the fault.

Little Twidlet's care about our customers and know how annoying it is when companies sell your details and you end up with lots of spam mail...we will NEVER do this. When you buy from us, sign up for our services (such as our newsletter) you will be required to provide personal information, such as your name and email address, we will always work hard to protect this information and treat it with care and in the strictest confidence.
We have worked hard to build this website ourselves but if you find any problems, broken links, copy written material, spelling mistakes etc please let us know at email@example.com and we will try our best to fix it.
